Before you buy.
Where do you ship from, and how?
From Craig's studio in New Zealand. Within New Zealand we use NZ Couriers, and to Australia and everywhere else DHL or FedEx. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Any import duties, customs charges or taxes in your country are yours to cover, and we can't control customs delays. If a parcel is refused because charges weren't paid, the refund is reduced by the shipping and return costs.
What if my piece arrives broken?
Keep all the packaging, photograph both the box and the piece, and email shop@craigspencerceramics.com within 48 hours of delivery. We look at every case individually. If a repair or replacement isn't possible, you'll be refunded.
Are the pieces food-safe?
Yes. Every glaze is food-safe, and unglazed surfaces are sealed with Liquid Quartz®, a non-toxic, water-resistant finish that's safe for everyday food contact once cured. All pieces are fired to 1220°C. More on materials.
