Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
From Craig's studio in New Zealand. Delivery times depend on the carrier and, for international orders, on customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Import duties, customs charges and taxes in your country are yours to cover.
My piece arrived broken. What now?
Keep all the packaging, photograph the box and the piece, and email shop@craigspencerceramics.com within 48 hours. We'll repair, replace or refund.
Do you offer wholesale?
No. We sell directly to customers and don't currently offer wholesale pricing. Stockists are listed on the Studio page.
Are the pieces food-safe?
Yes. Every glaze is food-safe, unglazed surfaces are sealed with a non-toxic, water-resistant finish, and all pieces are fired to 1220°C. More on materials.
